Return & Exchange Policy

At Linoir, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases made through our online store.

 

If a return is approved, refunds are issued exclusively in the form of store credit provided as a digital gift card. This store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase on our website. We do not provide refunds in cash, bank transfers, or to the original payment method unless required by applicable law.

 

Customers may request a return within seven days of receiving their order if the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
